Cape Treasures Mustard

Mustard is one of the 'old fashioned' flavours that the 'millennial foodies' are re-discovering. Mustard instantly adds dimension to other flavours - it sounds unlikely, but in truth it 'tickles' your taste buds and wakes up the olfactories (like Wasabi - that's why we LOVE Sushi!) - and in the process, you taste angles of flavours you never knew existed...

Mustard is excellent with meat, cheese, in sauces, salad dressings and on sandwiches - but don't just take our word for it: try them all!

Honey Mustard - great with smoked meats, cheeses and fruity salads

Sundried Tomato Mustard - does amazing things with tomato: fresh, dried, semi-dried, in salads, sauces, stews etc (you get the idea!), and beef and onions and garlic...

Peppersweet Mustard - a slight zing of chilli and an undertone of sub-tropical fruit: the friend of pork, chicken and root vegetables and pumpkins.

Dill Mustard - Feisty, fresh and lively (but not too hot) - its the best friend of fish, egg salads, cucumber and smoked meats and fish and fresh rye bread.
