This is a really clever blend. The spice flavours improve when they’re exposed to the heat of the grill: coriander and cumin provide the classic flame-grill flavor (helped a little by the hickory).
Chilli and garlic oil start work before the meat (or vegies) hit the grill, while the ginger and mustard make up the warm undertones. Great with chicken or beef – stunning on pork! Delicious on grilled butternut, sweet potato, onions, garlic and red peppers, and it positive glows on grilled nuts and chickpeas!
