Rosie's Spiced Salt - Grinder by Ukuva iAfrica
Spiced with the flavours of the Cape: salt with cinnamon, coriander, cumin, mint, a frisson of chilli and rose petals.
This blend is made for chicken, lamb, pork, potatoes, butternut, sweet potato, onions and carrots.
Sprinkle a little before cooking and add a bit more at the table.
Excellent with fried or grilled game-fish - serve with a chilli, pineapple and tomato salsa with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
