Policy: Delivery & Cancellation

DELIVERY POLICY

The products offered on www.turqle.co.za (Turqle Brands) are intended for delivery inside the Republic of South Africa only.

Turqle Brands reserve the right to use any local or national courier/mailing/delivery service it deems appropriate. Shipping and transit times vary - allow 3-5 working days for rural customers, 1-3 working days for urban addresses in the main centres.

Turqle Brands will only ship goods once irrefutable proof of payment has been received - this can vary depending on the bank and should not take longer than 3 working days.

As soon as the goods have been shipped, the customer will be informed and a tracking number provided.

All orders include either free shipping or pre-paid shipping; hence Turqle Brands will pay shipping on dispatch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Turqle Brands reserve the right to cancel an order at its discretion and will, during the following business day, initiate a refund of the order value if the payment transaction has already been completed.

Should Turqle Brands decide to cancel an order, we will inform the customer immediately.

The customer may cancel their order at any time up to the time the order has been shipped, at no cost or penalty and a full refund will be made during the following business day if the payment transaction has already been concluded.

This cancellation has to happen officially - email rain@turqle.com.

Should the cancellation happen after shipment, the customer will be liable for shipping costs and return of the goods in its original state and packing. In such a case, the refund will only be made after receipt of the goods in good order.
