The 'thing' with Ghost Chilli is that the heat is not immediate - it sneaks up, builds and builds and lingers (like a phantom)... Some people claim they could still feel the tingle a day later.
Teaming Ghost and Peri Peri, makes a blend that does delivers bags of flavour, with a steady zing that builds and somehow manages to bring the flavour along for the ride.
The base is made to work with protein and fats; and the fascinating Peri Peri flavours of Lemon and Pepper is delicious on flame-grilled chicken, game fish and prawns.
PS: Its our own personal favourite to super-charge a home made pizza - Pizza night without Peri Peri Ghost is not the same... the partner person has even been known to take it along on a Pizza eat-out night (ok - he is a little extreme!).
